1. Construction and Renovations. Terraces, Decking, Swimming Pools In this case, the owner contacted us to refurbish the terrace of his villa in Ibiza.
For his terrace, the client commissioned us to restore the wooden decking, polishing, and varnishing.
As you can see in the images, we also refurbished the pool completely.
2. Comprehensive Maintenance, Gardening, Pool, Exteriors In this case, we are performing comprehensive maintenance of the house's exterior.
We take care of the garden and its cleaning, exteriors (terraces and furniture), as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the pool on a weekly basis, several days a week.
3. General Maintenance, Cleaning, Pool and Security Complete commissioning of a villa on the San José coast. We performed general maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs, and minor renovations. We also handled weekly cleaning of the entire property, as well as pool cleaning and maintenance. After completing the survey, we will proceed with the installation of our custom security system.
